This Privacy Policy explains how 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“30Days Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit sugamerp.com or use Sugam ERP, our manufacturing and infrastructure ERP software (“Service”).

1. Who We Are

Sugam ERP is a product of 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its registered office at 2nd Floor, AKM Tower, Ganpati Dham Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507, India. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through our website, and acts as a data processor on behalf of customer organisations for the business data they store within the Sugam ERP application.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Contact and account details: name, company name, work email address, phone number and job title when you fill out a form, request a demo, create an account or contact our team.
• Business and operational data: when your organisation uses Sugam ERP, your authorised users may enter engineering, procurement, production, inventory, logistics and related business records into the application. This data belongs to your organisation and is processed by us only to provide the Service.
• Communications: records of support requests, emails and other correspondence with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring pages and general interaction data.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system and device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 4 below.

What We Collect

• Precise location (latitude and longitude) of your device
• Location accuracy

When We Collect It, Including in the Background

Location is collected only while your working day is started in the Sugam ERP mobile app. Collection begins when you start your day in the App and stops when you end it.

While your day is active, the App records your location at the interval set by your organisation’s administrator. It does this at all times while your day is active — whether the App is open on your screen, running in the background, closed, or removed from your recent apps, and whether your screen is on or off. To do this, the App requests the Android location permission “Allow all the time” and runs a foreground service. The App also asks you to turn off battery optimisation for the App, so that Android does not stop tracking while your day is active.

While tracking is on, Android shows a persistent notification, “Location tracking is on”.

We do not collect location before you start your day, after you end it, or while you are signed out.

If your phone has no internet connection, locations are saved on the device and sent once the connection returns.

Why We Collect It

• To let your employer or distributor see where field staff are during the working day
• To verify visits, attendance and field activity recorded in the App

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, maintain and improve Sugam ERP and our website;
• respond to enquiries, demo requests and support tickets;
• send administrative communications such as service updates, security alerts and billing notices;
• send marketing communications where permitted, with an option to opt out at any time;
• monitor and analyse usage trends to improve functionality and user experience;
• detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent, unauthorised or illegal activity; and
• comply with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site and support essential functionality such as navigation and forms. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the website function.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our website, hosting, email, analytics and customer support tools, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• Your own organisation’s authorised users, where business data is shared within the customer’s own Sugam ERP account as configured by the customer;
• Legal and regulatory authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, a court order or a valid legal process; and
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit and regular security review of our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information and customer business data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Customer business data entered into Sugam ERP is generally retained for the duration of the customer’s subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter, or deleted earlier at the customer’s written request, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information, to withdraw consent to processing, and to lodge a grievance regarding how your information is handled. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

10. Children’s Privacy

Sugam ERP and our website are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email where appropriate.
